Theater DistrictMarch 4th, 2010I’m back. Been working all over lately. Glad to get back to the Theater District in Manhattan last night. I was drawing sketches at an event at the Marriott Marquis near 42nd Street. Always gotta be on my toes - this time the guests took it upon themselves to ‘Strike a Pose’ - I was taken by surprise, but I was able to flow with it. Ah yes - some people really know how to have Fun: To Hire this Artist: College GirlsJanuary 2nd, 2010Looks like I was drawing quite tamely (for me) the night I drew at this University. These girls were much fun. You can tell a lot about a person by how they take a funny exaggeration. Most of them were game to see whatever I was going to come up with. Still, I can easily see where some of them had requested that I hold back on the exaggerations. I really enjoy getting in to the drawing - Art is for Fun. To Hire this Artist: Slumber Party at the Country ClubNovember 5th, 2009Oh - This was such a Fun Party. Set up like a Slumber Party, but the girls weren’t sleeping here. They went home after dancing around comfortably and having so much fun with the Caricatures. Really confident and accepting kids. It was a pleasure to spend time with these honestly optimistic people. I wished these girls the Best of Everything, and I sincerely think that my wishes come through into the Party atmosphere - Aaah, it can be such a good world.
