Caricature Express

How I ended up watching this movie - Summer Catch - don’t ask. But there I was……What to do? I know! I’ll draw some pictures!

Actually, I did pick up one good line form this movie.
I don’t remember exactly how they said it, but it was
something like - The reason the Indian Rain Dance worked
is that they didn’t stop dancing until it rained.

Oh my goodness. We live in such happy times.
Imagine - a young girl’s birthday party - her little
friends around - and she not only gets a Caricaturist -
It’s even held at a Chocolate Fondue restaurant.

I usually prefer for my clients to acknowledge that
I’m not just some Drawing Broad - that I’m a human
being too — and offer me some of the wonderful
things that they are enjoying. I think it’s classy,
even if I choose not to eat. But this time, I was
frustrated that nothing was offered to me. I really
wanted that melted chocolate. But now that it’s
days later, I’m glad that I didn’t feel welcome to
partake. Because that yummy gooey chocolate
could be real unhealthy to eat.

I just spent 8 minutes on my wooden Yoga pillow.
Then 8 minutes bending the opposite way.
And I feel so Great. It’s better to feel good
than to eat yummy junk.

Hi! This is the first time I’m going to post a brand new message here that wasn’t on the old website. I hope. I hope this works.

I just grabbed some photos from my desktop. Egads, I hope I make clearer photos when I am due for a upgrade on my phone in about 2-months. (The Original Caricatures were clear of course. Most of them came from a Party in which I had an intriguing position. An Art Teacher had had a new baby, and she invited her Art Students to the big party for her new baby………)

Whoo-Hoo! It Worked! And I even put them all up as a ‘Gallery’!

I remember this little party.
The Caricatures usually go individually to the guest’s tables.
They can display them, talk about them, or put them away,
as desired. But this was one of those parties where someone
takes it upon herself to tape each picture to the wall.
It’s fun to see them all together.
