Still playing with that picture of Court Jones. And playing is the word for it. Getting a little wild tonight.

So Many People - It’s a Big World

September 14th, 2007

I had a chance to play with that last picture I posted.
I put it into PhotoShop, cleaned it up a bit, and added some real bright background colors:

Here’s the reference photo I had used to make that Caricature:

It’s a picture of an Artist from California:
Ramon Sosongco

I like people.

Bill O’Reilly’s Jowels

September 14th, 2007

Just Drawing. Lol- there was so much i wanted to show you. I came here to post something quickly -
perhpas the Street Caricatures I have on my phone camera,
the more detailed ones I drew while relaxing in Europan Cafe,
or the great fun idea I dreamed up last night with colored paper.

So I clicked on my website, saw the most recent picture here (of Bill O’Reilly), and
decided instead to draw a new picture.
Here’s what I came up with - playing with the ideas I had when I drew that picture.

Time Off

September 14th, 2007

the following threee pictures were done in my off time - when I was just drinking water in a coffee shop.

This 2nd one with be used as a Sample. It’s actually quite daring of me. Because people are usually attracted to Samples of beautiful people, not funny-looking ones. But I figure that I’ll take a chance - I’m hoping to find that there are just as many people who can laugh at the ridiculous human form as there are people who are afraid to deviate from some imaginary template of beauty.

And here’s just another nice sample. I am currently making these samples in preparation of a Corporate Event. They will be hosting a Hospitality Suite at their Convention where people will be dressed up as comic book characters. Now, I figure a group like this would Want me to take liberties like this:

Bill O’Reilly

September 13th, 2007

I wouldn’t usually choose to watch people’s opinions on tv - so how did I end up smiling at my company that wanted to watch Bill O’Reilly last night? I gotta say, though, that you really get to study some very interesting faces when the filming just shows this person’s face, then that person’s face.

I focused on drawing Bill O’Reilly - Even though the circles under the eys that were set below that strong browbone of Tony Snow’s sure were tempting.

BTW, that line, ‘”Life is Scary” that I wrote onto the picture - that had nothing to do with this picture. It was arbitrary that it ended up here. What had happened was that we had flipped to another channel at one point, and I saw that written on a tshirt. Made me laugh because one of the line that I frequently say is “Life is Good.”
