Group drawn quicklyNovember 2nd, 2009And here’s a group picture that I also drew at the same party of at least 59 faces in 4 hours: To Hire this Artist: Ready for CollegeOctober 30th, 2009To Hire this Artist: 15 per hourOctober 20th, 2009I just came across Photos of 59 people - from a 4-hour party. Not too shabby. Especially since I humbly answer the question of “How many people can you draw per hour” with a recommendation to estimate 10 per hour. 59 people in 4 hours means almost 15 people in each hour. I just wish more of the photos came out clear enough to actually See the faces that I drew. Here are some of the photos that are pretty clear. From an outdoor Wedding up in the Country. A beautiful day with land and fields and a dreamy ceremony: BTW, as the bride started her ceremonial procession down to the lake where the groom waited, it started with traditional music. Then, groom named Bill, his bride swung into an active prancedance when the music switched to “I love you so, I always will And in your voice I hear a choir of carousels…..” Then I heard a beautiful ceremony - The bride and groom were told to take each others hands, look into their eyes, and realize that they were looking into the eyes of the person who will always help you, the eyes of the person who will always be your friend - stuff like that. It was so beautiful. To Hire this Artist: So Many Wonderful PeopleOctober 3rd, 2009Here are a few more of the pictures that I drew at that party where I was supposed to include a party-hat on each picture: To Hire this Artist: Trust Your ProfessionalsOctober 2nd, 2009This was a lovely party. I had previously worked for this client’s sister; they both made me feel so appreciated that I looked forward to seeing them again. But I didn’t really like her idea of putting a party hat someplace on each person’s picture. I think, if they’re hung up afterwards, the party hats give a silly ‘personality’ to each person. Would have been better to just have me preprint a logo - something like “had fun at Stuart’s 60th Birthday” - something like that. But, hey, I gave it a chance. It’s what my client wanted. And we all had fun. Here are some of the pictures that I drew there: To Hire this Artist: |
