I gotta get back there. I gotta go to Michael Alan’s Drawathon again. It was fun - Quiet fun - Fine Artist’s fun. Just a bunch of us Artists drawing on our own - from the best models. I had plenty of opportunity to really concentrate on my exaggeration thing:

I had had such a beautiful day. And my gracious hostess, who encouraged me to enjoy special foods as well as paying me, sent me the following email after her son’s First Birthday Party:

“Thanks again for doing such a phenomenal job at Jonah’s birthday!! Everyone who got a caricature done loved it! I was sad that Jonah was so cranky when i brought him to you. You didn’t even get a chance to put in any color on his because of his crying and crankiness but you did such a great swift job! You were a busy woman! sorry you didn’t get a chance to have lunch. I will be recommending you to my friends. One friend said she wanted you for her bday party next year. (her bday was one week earlier than Jonahs).”
