Coloring BooksJuly 5th, 2008I just wanted to mention that I recently put up a new page on this website called COLORING PAGES. It’s something new I’ve been doing:
I put the Clown’s contact information on the bottom. And they give them out with crayons at their parties. And I’ve also started making personalized Coloring Books for Everybody! Gotta luv’m. Those kids let go and Par-Tay! To Hire this Artist: Senior BanquetJuly 5th, 2008These pictures were taken at a High School Senior Banquet. A break in the middle of the week that I had been drawing another High School’s Graduating Class. And soon after another High School’s Prom. I spend a lot of time with High Schools in May and June. So I get a feel for the Social Pressure, what kinds of interactions are expected in each group. They’re all similar, but there are subtle differences. I liked this group. In my opinion, I’d guess that this group didn’t think they had to act all grown-up already. It felt refreshing - like they admitted that they didn’t know it all already. Not that they acted immature. They just seemed open for their first experiences which they knew they didn’t have already. Just my opinion, of course. But the bravado that I see sometimes makes me feel like High School Graduates have done everything already and they know all the answers that I’m still figuring out: To Hire this Artist: |
